Why am I going to Uganda?
There are 20 beautiful Ugandan children that had no way to go to school 3 years ago, due to war and abduction in the northern region of the country. But since then, some close friends and I have begun an educational partnership in Uganda called Dwan Madiki.
The Dwan Madiki Partnership allows these 20 children to go to school, own uniforms, eat 3 meals a day, and express themselves through art.

Hiiii Katie! I'm so glad you're going to blog! I can't wait to hear more about your trip! It's going to be so amazing!
